        No waiting, pricing known up front, and no pressure to upsell on recommendations. Responded to my questions without hesitation. Advisor knowledgeable. Team workmanship was clean and cordial. No need to exit the vehicle during oil change. Completed service within the estimated time. The Bay Area organized and clean. Safety announcement made when customer was escorted from car to office. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on SW182nd Street and US1 in Cutler Bay.
