Horrible customer service and awful management, please avoid this hotel as PLAGUE, they made my family with 2 young kids waiting at 1:35 am post midnight when we were checking in after a long day reaching here, they said cant find my reservation and after almost 45 mins of checking finally say that they were overbooked and hence even though my reservation was booked and confirmed they are not able to allot room since they were double and overbooked. Completely unacceptable and utterly unprofessional!!!

I was in Orlando training at flight safety and stayed here for 5 nights. The service from all the employees here was exceptional, and the shuttle service, which I used every day is the best I've seen at any hotel. They were always on time and prompt with pickups. Shuttle driver Bill, Donald, Adrian, and Andres were all friendly, efficient, and provided excellent customer service all around. The cons of this hotel is that it's located on the departure path of the Orlando Airport, so you will hear aircraft departures pretty consistently which could effect your sleep if you are a light sleeper.
