John and KTS are the best in the business. Our hot water heater had some very complex issues and John & team wouldn't leave until the issues were fixed. The issues persisted and John reassured us he wouldn't leave until we had hot water, driving to multiple supply stores in order to keep his word. I couldn't recommend anyone more than KTS as they are not only good at their job, but great people and truly care about you.

John and his team at KTS are great! Super responsive. Clear explanation of issues, fixes, and expectations. Professional and courteous. Theyve taken excellent care of our HVAC system for over three years - including twice-yearly maintenance and the rare emergency repair. I highly recommend their team.

This was one of the best repair experiences Ive ever had. John responded immediately, scheduled my appointment, showed up on time(actually 10 mins early), and completed the repairs on the boiler. Great price for a great job. I will be using them for future repairs and will definitely be recommending John to all my friends. If I could give them 10 s, I would!!

What's better than KTS coming to your house and fixing your radiant floor issue? Them doing it in 5 minutes over phone and text. They immediately showed deep knowledge of my system, and walked me through how to troubleshoot. Awesome to deal with, and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!
