        Called them on Thursday around 4 They came on Friday around that time And in a couple hours had the ac fixed after sweating for 2 weeks and having 2 companies come out and do basically nothing they got if freezing inside. My fiance was home and said they were very nice, courteous and polite. Will definitely use from now on.         Our A/C went out unexpectedly and Mr. Ivey came out today to fix it. He worked the whole day on it and even in the rain so we wouldn't have to spend another night in the heat. He was truly a blessing for us and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Mr. Ivey went ABOVE & BEYOND what was needed and we could not be more grateful! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!!! Service: A/C system repair

        First service man came out and was there 5 minutes and wasnt able to pin point my issue. Cost me 95$ then the second guy came out and pretty much said the exact same thing and said they would call me back with part amounts so I can get my unit fixed.. never heard from them still to this day! Lost a quick 95$ for nothing

      Although negative feedback stings its always important to address all reviews courteously and professionally. Our records show the technician provided a diagnoses of a bad fan motor on the 1st trip in which Mr Flemming paid for. The 2nd guy was me, the owner, which only there because I was doing unrelated service on Mr Flemmings father's property across the road later on that day. When Mr Flemming's father mentioned my tech diagnosed a bad motor I decided to drive across the street to check it out myself. I came up with the same diagnoses. It is true however we did not follow up with Mr Flemming as our phone records indicate no calls between my office, my cell, and his telephone since the day of his diagnoses a month ago . I'm not sure where the miscommunication happen on our end with Mr. Flemming.
