I cant think of anything worse than a water leak in the second story of a rental home! As an out of town landlord, I did not have a local plumbing partner. A colleague referred Zoom Drain to me. I called and spoke with Jack, the owner. Jack worked my issue into his technicians schedule on the same day and leak was identified and repaired as quickly as the technicians arrived. The team sent out was professional and clean and communicated the issue clearly to me. Very thankful to have been recommended to Zoom Drain and if I run into any additional plumbing issues, Jack and his team are my go-to guy plumbing partners.

I had a major drain problem in my kitchen and didnt know who to call. A friend of mine referred me to the owner, Jack, who took care of me. He sent someone out quickly to fix my problem. I was totally impressed with how they were conscious about keeping the area clean and that they cleaned before they left. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever have another issue. I havent had any issues since they fixed the problem.
