Ruhmann Law Firm

My husband and I have been dealing with this law firm for almost 5 years. There has been no progress. When we call to find out any information we r redirected and told we will get a call back. Usually we wait for 3 months then call back and still get nowhere. I don't think they r on top of it at all. After a callback and a physical visit with our lawyer my confidence has been restored. They r getting things done and because of the type of case it is it has been a slow process.

The staff at both the El Paso and Las Cruces offices are great and professional. Paul Tellez did a great job and helped me win my case. Definitely recommend this law firm!

Albuquerque office is garbage. They don't return phone calls from potential new clients trying to get a consultation for a minor disabled child disability appeal. It took me over a week and more than three times of calling back to finally get a paralegal to talk with me and even then they stated that the lawyer probably wouldn't take the case even though they are disability appeal lawyers and they give no reason as to why they wouldn't take the case.
