Arrived very promptly very pleasant Kiara from the Charlotte office was very nice and knowledgeable I do not recommend this company at all It was a little expensive it took the 2 guys maybe 15 minutes to fix and unclog the gutters in the front of the house They also sealed them However they are still dripping when it rains Someone came out and checked the back gutters which is not what I asked It was the front The new manager responded at the beginning but have not heard back My landscaper was working and told me the guy came went to the back of the house and left Never checked the front were the problem is This is the first time I have ever had a problem with a company

Kiara from the Charlotte office with Homecraft came out to give us an estimate on gutters and gutter guard protection we just couldn't resist! She was very kind , professional , and gave us all the information we could possibly ask for. We are so excited to have our new gutter system installed tomorrow! Amazing company! 10/10

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Home Craft I recently had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Home Craft, specifically with their salesperson Philippe Becker Jones and the subcontracted workers they sent for a new gutter installation and related jobs. Here's a breakdown of my frustrating encounter: * On January 5th, I met with Philippe Becker Jones to discuss an estimate and signed a contract for a new gutter and additional gutter-related work. *Despite assurances from Philippe, the workers who showed up on January 8th couldn't complete the installation, and Philippe failed to attend as promised. * While the new gutter was eventually installed on January 10th, I discovered that the workers were not from Home Craft but a smaller, local company. This not only violated liability issues but also raised concerns about the authenticity of the services provided. * Contacting Philippe about the uncompleted work, he assured me that he had the necessary tools in his car and would return to finish the job. However, he failed to honor his commitment on both January 10th and January 11th. * To add to the frustration, the company charged the full amount to my credit card on January 11th, contrary to the contract terms, which specified payment upon completion. * When I contacted the company on January 12th, a woman claimed they couldn't visit for an estimate last week and offered to reschedule a revisit, showcasing a concerning level of disorganization. She provided another number, which never answered. * Despite attempts to address the issues, someone from the company called, offering no resolution, and only committed to visiting on Monday. I am attaching the contract and videos that clearly illustrate the discrepancies between what was promised and what has been delivered. This experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and I strongly advise caution to anyone considering Home Craft for their services.

Kiara from the Charlotte office provided my family and home with on time and professional presentation and service. We were greeted with such kindness and a thorough walk through and presentation of the entire job as well as all of our options. Great company 100% recommend! We now have beautiful gutters and wonderfully functioning gutter guards on our home. Thanks homecraft!
