VIRIDIEN Patio + Fireplace

Update - After a day + of frustration I did receive an update on the whereabouts of the fireplace insert. A day after that a phone call from the manager. She offered a sincere apology and to refund the delivery change. I appreciate them trying to make it right and the extra effort. I can only hope going forward they look into a better system so this doesnt happen to anyone else. tRegardless of the outcome of the phone call I anticipate tomorrow with the whereabouts of my fireplace insert, I will not shop at this store again, nor will I recommend it. 10 days ago I spent over $2700 on a fireplace insert. When I called today regarding a delivery date so I can set up an appointment with the installers no one could tell me where or when I will see this fireplace insert. Supposedly the warehouse closes around 3 PM. I Feel I was given the runaround with multiple excuses. With all the technology we have I find it hard to believe that 10 days after purchase, the sales floor is unable to give any information. IKEA and Amazon give me play-by-play updates on any purchases made (just checked and I could order same exact thing on Amazon today and get it by Friday and would have saved $199 in delivery fees) After reading all the reviews Im glad those buying furniture have had good experiences, but it seems like those regarding fireplaces, not so great. I can see that now. It does not leave a good taste in my mouth when I spend thousands of dollars and 10 days later no one can tell me anything about my purchase.

Great selection, helpful staff and well organized showroom. Definitely recommend if your in the market for patio or deck furniture.

Logs took much longer than anticipated. Called weekly for updates the last month and was treated more of a bother than a customer by the manager. Asked for specs as we are renovating and I was sent links to Google & YouTube.
