Dangerous neighborhood: gunshots almost every night, homeless people stalk the area 24/7 breaking into cars and apartments, property management refuses to set up any cameras/security, tenants commonly having domestic disputes outdoors. You will need to own a gun for protection if you live here. Unsanitary: Cockroaches, so many cockroaches all of the buildings are infested. Lots of other pests including bed bugs, mites, and rodents. They let the nastiest people imaginable move in. Plumbing problems that have gone unaddressed for years that have led to a ton of mold. The air filters and water filters are almost never changed, even when requested repeatedly. Horrible property management: They refuse to do regular maintenanceat one point I reported a bathroom fan that was slow and making a burning smell; kept requesting for 3 weeks for it to be checked; eventually it caught fire, and the maintenance staff said it wasnt an emergency issue because I put out the fire. One of the landlord staff told me that all resident emails to their office automatically go to the junk folder. You WILL NOT get your security deposit back under any circumstances. The property management are slum lords. This is a really REALLY bad place to live. Its not worth it. Spend the extra money to live somewhere better

The air conditioner is not working I have been calling the office more than 3 times they still didnt fixe nothing I couldnt sleep last night its extremely hot worst place to stay
