Jacob (JJ) Jackson was responsive, very genuine, passionate, extremely knowledgeable not only about the vehicle itself, but in waking me through the entire process. He is very genuine about his work and most upbeat personality ever! It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. I recommend anyone to go see JJ. Germain Hyundai team represents among the highest of customer service ever experienced. Dealership provided 5 star service at every step!

I was a customer at their sister store, Germain Kia. We test drove a new car, and after we had left and were well down the road, I realized I had left my phone inside the Kia. When we returned, the Kia dealership was closed, and the employees had left for the evening. We were fortunate enough to run into Mr. Brandon Barnthouse, the pre-owned sales manager at the Hyundai dealership. He stayed late, despite his store being closed as well, to assist me in getting my phone back. He could have told me to return the next day, but he went above and beyond to help. Before this, I was shopping with multiple dealerships for a new car. Now, I can say that Mr. Barnthouse's customer service has earned Germain a customer.
