My daughter Ashlee and I met with Kara. Ashlee had one hearing aid that had to be repaired under warranty. Kara first looked into both ears to make sure they were clean then she sinked both hearing aids before Ashlee tried them out . She was so happy that they worked. Kara was very professional. We appreciate her help!
