They no-showed for the appointment we originally scheduled for me to get a replacement sump pump. We quickly got something on the books after I called to follow-up, and they kept the new appointment. The plumber they sent out to estimate was professional and seemed knowledgeable, but they never followed up with the written estimate I asked for. One of the owners called me after I originally posted this review to apologize for my experience and offered to send me the estimate, but I never heard back from them. Bizarre.

Update: Nov 15, 2023 Increased to 3 stars I give credit to Evolved who responded day of my (-) review. They installed plumbing fix at no charge, 2 in line check valves. Per my friend on site, now 35 degree increase in hot water temp at kitchen sink. Evolved did the right thing (although after 2 month delay from original complaints.) July 24, 2023- Evolved installed new 40 gal hot water tank. I then had decreased available hot water. Aug 8 2023 Tech returned, felt hot water at tap initially but did not let water run. Then Evolved refused to respond to my calls (We all have phone records on smart phones now.) I dug up photos from 2019 condo purchase- original water tank 40,000 BTU ( Due to Aqua Therm furnace demand for hot water.) Newly installed tank only 36,000 BTU. New tank only 104 F after 60 seconds at taps (lukewarm); I checked with thermometer, in spite of setting tank to much higher temp setting to compensate. Nov 1, 2023 I filed complaint with BBB & (-)Google review. Evolved responded same day of complaint.
