        Purchased an arrangement for Mothers Day 2023. Flowers were never delivered and I was never notified of the missed delivery. I had to call and ask about what happened, I was told it was a glitch in the system. They later told my mother that given the busy holiday that they had forgotten about the order (I'm not sure how that's possible). I called the business and requested a refund, was told it would occur, and after 10 business days no refund happened. I fought it through my bank, was refunded, until the business denied the claim. It's July and I'm still trying to be refunded. Terrible customer service and sad way to ruin mothers day when buying flowers from out of state.
