My staff cant get a receipt from them and they are not even answering emails. Bad experience.

The BEST location to stay at when visiting Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell! Hands down so easy to walk to activities and has an on-site restaurant. The staff were lovely and really made the stay great. I'd highly recommend it to a close friend or family member. Also super short walk to the Benjamin Franklin national park site.

Beware HUGE valet parking price! $72 PER NIGHT. It's an okay hotel, but not worth all that. The entrance was chaotic and LOUD when we got there. The room was clean, but the beds were uncomfortable. The tub didn't drain well. Would not stay there again.

In general, the staff was not friendly. Everybody was looking for a tip. The rooms were filthy. Would not stay there again.

Overall I would recommend this hotel and would probably stay again. We loved how dog friendly it was, even having treats at the front desk and allowing our dog to eat with us outside at the attached restaurant. The location also cant be beat, steps away from independence hall and in the heart of center city. Where it loses a star for me is in the price:value. It was very expensive for a 4th floor room with a sliver of a view. I also absolutely hated that they charged for the water bottles available in the room (and I think something crazy like $6 each if I remember correctly). Overall, though, I recommend it, especially if youre traveling with a pet.
