Was a great experience. Judi was a great help and very fluent going through policies and procedures. Facilities are well kept snd well-monitored. Highly recommend for anyone looking for storage needs.

STORED PROPERTY DAMAGED! NOT RECOMMENDED. The managers are very rude and lack any type of customer service skills. After discovering a bunch of boxes I was storing in my unit be water damaged, they indicated that they are not responsible for water leaks in their units and that I should have gotten insurance. When I asked them to move my things to a another unit, they indicated needed to inspect the unit to confirm the leak. I took a half day off from work (which is not easy for me) to drive there to open the unit for their inspection and they cancelled the morning of after I already left. Was a customer for 5 years and I took a whole day off of work to immediately move my things to another, more reputable storage space who exhibited appreciation and respect for my business. Additionally, they shut down access to your unit from time to time for "events" they run in their parking lot. They send out mass emails to all of their customers at once, making your private email visible to hundreds of other people (which is illegal).

Great people and well protected ,lots of room too. Thank you for putting my anxiety about a place to store safely to rest ,super appreciated. I would highly recommend this business to anyone with security in mind. Thank you again.
