Actual scum low tier skeezy mechanics that lie and double prices on you without ever asking you, Booked online for a CONVENTIONAL oil change around $50 with a $16 off coupon, mind you i booked online so all my information was ready to go the second he scanned my vin, proceeds to NEVER ask me what type of oil i wanted, which i assumed was because of my online request, heads right to work, changes the oil and then takes my card STILL not telling me a price and then charges me $106.99 for the most premium oil, never once did we discuss that and it went against my online booking, when i mentioned the price i was told "franchise locations don't take those bookings" so how in the world would his computer have all my information if they "don't take the bookings" and i have NEVER been to a jiffy lube? this was one of the most scummy and pathetic oil changes i have ever had so this mechanic decided without asking to charge me for the most premium product. never asking what i wanted and then lying on the receipt, forged an E-mail address that is not mine and over charged me by double. when i asked "what type of oil did you use" he says high milage and when i look at the receipt it says it is "PZL premium" which on their website is for $106.99 we are all struggling out here jiffy lube, if you cannot conduct business with ethics and integrity you do not deserve to be in business.
