There are not many places left who actually care about the people they service but I promise you the customer Service support at Builtwell cannot be beat . I had a mini anxiety attack over a hacked cash app card and after contacting cash app and the retailer involved with absolutely no help at all I contacted the support center through my banking app and let me tell you Carmen answered every question I had and then some. She was so knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation . She took the time to talk through the dispute process of other companies and what to expect next. In a time where people are being replaced by chat bots I could not be more grateful to hear a real person on the line who could talk me through all of it. Builtwell has it figured out . People are the key to a great customer experience. Thank you again Carmen !!

They charge 5% to cash a check, cost us $185.00 to cash a check.Thats ridiculous!!!!! Want be in business long. I am going to inform everyone I know about this.
