        I went in last week as someone who doesn't get his car washed often and doesn't have the routine down. Scott greeted me cheerily, even though it was early in the day. I tried to use a coupon, which the computer took issue with, and Scott took care of the matter. Soon after, he guided me when my car was far off the guide-track/rail. The car looks better, and Scott came across as an excellent representative of the company. His helpfulness, pleasant manner, and quick action made my short visit much easier.
