        1. They lied, but it's an attorney office so that's 80%my own fault for not getting it in writing 2. Took them a MONTH to give me the insurance money progressive paid them after there was a payout and all processes were complete. 3. (Update) appearantly, they offer cash to highly "suggest" for my review to be taken down disguised as an apology.

Our office provides all of our clients with a complete written copy of our attorney-client agreement before taking a case on to ensure full transparency of how we work.
