It's Just Perfect LLC

I do not normally write negative reviews, but this is necessary. DO NOT use this florist for your wedding. It ended up being very stressful on the day of my daughter's wedding. We have numerous witnesses, including the owner of the venue. My daughter and I met with Sam on 3 occasions to discuss what we wanted for the wedding. We were very specific about colors. We even sent emails with photos of exactly what we wanted. We showed Sam the colors of the bridesmaids dresses and her cousin altered some of the dresses for us. We rented the venue for two days so that we could have time to get everything perfect. Sam was supposed to show up on Friday, Oct. 18th, the day before the wedding, to get as much done as possible. She texted us and said she would not be able to make it, but would be there at 8:00 the next morning. At 8:00 the next morning, there was no florist. We called her and she said she would be there at 11:00. 11:00 came, no florist. She said she was on her way and did not arrive until nearly 2:00. The wedding was to start at 5:00 and pics were to start at 2:00. When they started bringing in the flowers, they had hot pink ribbons in arrangements that had white daisies in them, which we did not order. We never asked for daisies. My daughter's colors were dusty blue and blush pink. Some of the bridesmaids bouquets had a maroon colored ribbon wrapped around them. My daughter's bouquet had royal blue hydrangeas in them, and my daughter looked at me and said Mom, this is the ugliest bouquet I have ever seen. I will admit, at that point, I was not so nice. It was at that moment when I found out that she did not bring the greenery for the chandeliers which we had added 3 weeks prior to the wedding. Her excuse was that the person she needed to borrow a 12 ft. ladder from, in order to put them on the chandeliers, did not bring the ladder. So she left the chandelier greenery at the shop. When I blew my stack, she told me she had 4 extra boxes of greenery in her van, but it was 3:00 by this time. The owner of the venue felt so sorry for us that she called in extra help and the venue actually put the greenery up for me. The florist had to take all of the ugly blue hydrangeas from the arrangements and change the ribbons and barely got done before the wedding. Sam said she was going to reimburse me for not having what we asked for. Both of my wedding coordinators have called her and so far, we have not received a check from her. The wedding was Oct. 19th.
