I had 2 different technicians come out 24 hours apart and the problem still exist paid them over 400$ and still had to call another person who unstopped the toilet from backing up. Im upset bc I paid for a service and didnt get what I paid for. The office was only concerned with the issues found thats causing the problem, but they could have at least come back out and clear the toilet, and let me know that this is all they can do, sometimes that 3rd time is a charm, as I write this, the toilet is flushing after I found a person who doesnt work for a company to fix it. We Seniors always get our money taken and poor service.
