        I needed a bathtub replaced/installed. Talked to a lady named Tammy on Friday 10-29-2021 after 8 am and asked if they they service Elmore County. I told her I stay in Coosada which is between Millbrook and Elmore and she said yes because she can come on over and measure by bathtub after she finish up a job in Prattville. So when it was nearing 4pm I called to see if she was still coming and she said yes. She didn't come but called me after 7pm that Friday night to say she was sorry and that she could come Saturday morning. I said ok and what time. She said 8am. She didn't come or call. I called at 9:30 am to see if she was coming. Her phone went to voice-mail. I respect people more when they communicate and say they got busy or something. Someone referred me to this company and I am highly disappointed. This lady is not a woman of her words. Your loss of business for me was somebody else gain.
