Our downstairs was flooded from a busted pipe.The 3rd floor.I have no idea where they got thier carpet from but our carpet was the highest thickest grade.They came and installed it however. I spent 2 weeks cleaning up reminance.I don't know where this carpet came from but the pulls and tears were horrible. I have never seen carpet like this before.

We used Enterprise Wholesale approx. 2 years ago to build our house. Multiple delays, losing order forms, etc. However, the overall work was good. Decided to use them again for a kitchen backsplash. The process has been terrible. We visited the store and showed the salesperson the exact pattern we wanted. Salesperson said we can do that pattern and helped us pick a tile out. They sent someone out to measure. We did not hear anything back, I had to call 2 or 3 times trying to understand what was causing the delay. Finally, after approximately a few weeks, installation was scheduled. However, hours later it was cancelled because our tile was never ordered. Once again, I had to call back and was notified the tile had arrived. Installation was scheduled. Installer arrives at house and notifies us that this tile will not work with the pattern we want. I completely understand that a backsplash is a small job. However, the lack of communication internally and externally has been disappointing. We will look elsewhere for this project and all future projects.
