        Would not allow me to do an even exchange for different size. Jeans were bought at a different store but size was wrong. Just wanted to exchange. Brand new, never worn. Still had receipt. No matter. No exchange allowed.

        Kate was absolutely amazing, her customer service was on point! She was extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for. The prices were fair for an outlet mall and I definitely will recommend this location based off the customer service experience alone.
