Absolutely horrible. Mold and AC unit that does not work and did not get fixed since july 2023. I had to go thru heat months without any AC. Thermostat is falling off the wall. Mold makes the air unbreathable. They charged me 200 bucks for sewer and 200 for water for 1br apartment and because of the defective AC unit the electricity bill was last month 256 dollars. My packages from amazon all got stolen from my door. I tried to get out from these but they sued me and lawyer co tacted me asking to pay the rent according to my contract. Freaking thieves!!!!! 1 star is too much for this. Not to mention the horrible neughbors that fought for months in the apartment upstairs.i sent lots of emails and called them to fix the thi gs and also my rent bill that rose from 675 a month to more than a 1000. I could get a luxury apartment somewhere else for that money in Alabama not this unhabitable junk. I cry because i am losing so much money for nothing.

I moved into my apartment in April and upon move in, the air conditioner did not work, refrigerator leaks (keep a bowl in place to catch the water), went without air conditioner for at least a month and my child had to stay at her grandmother's house as it was too warm in the unit. Fast forward, new management but no communication from the property owners about the change. Every month my rent amount is different and the amount I pay is not worth the quality of my unit. The floor in the living room and my child's room is uneven so the foundation is poor. Laundry room barely works or takes money when you're in desperate need to wash clothes; pool has been closed since I moved in; I had to ask for a filter for my unit several times. I am very unhappy living here so I am waiting for lease renewal as I do not plan to stay. The amount that tenants are charged is not worth it, especially for units that are semi-renovated and continue to have issues. The apartment complex is quiet which is a plus and it's near many stores of convenience. I wanted to like this place but once management changed and we were not provided any notice nor communication, I had a change of mind. The new property manager is very professional and easy to talk to about issues and he tries, but it's not all on him. Whomever owns these apartments must do better, especially if they want rent and water/sewer paid on time. The amount due each month changes so impossible to budget living here...the amount due is more than what I bring home so something is not correct. Sigh...
