    Spent thousands. Ive called several times to get some help with the fence and I still havent gotten an answer back after weeks. Not worth it. Buy a generic brand, the customer service is about the same for way less.

    Hours do not reflect actual store opening. No way to contact the location. Everyone blames corporate bureaucracy. Roll the dice, drive 30 mins, and hope for the best.

    One year with Invisible Fence and by far the best investment we have made to contain our two active bird dogs. They enjoy the freedom to run and explore within the fence boundaries. Excellent experience with the technicians all four visits. This past home visit was an impressive 24 hour turn around from scheduling an appointment to having someone at our door. NATHAN was our technician, and he is top notch. I received a helpful time update from him so I could go about my day without staying at the house for a window of several hours. He was professional and quick to remedy the problem without making me feel rushed. He took extra time to explain a couple of things I forgot and a few things I missed the first rounds of training. You can tell he enjoys his job and is very good at it. The up front service plan was ultimately a money saver for us. And even with the temptation of chasing the local wildlife, our dogs understand and abide by their boundaries which is impressive for active dogs bred to run far. If given the choice, we would invest in this fence all over again. Happy contained dogs and excellent technicians are a good combo!

    Well weve had our fence about four years and love it however today added a fourth collar, we opted out of having them come out an do the training because well its pretty basic, we can manage to work with our fourth fur babe on our own theres no need. So I drove the hour and ten minutes to get the collar, get home and its not adjusted high enough, no effect on fur babe whatsoever and apparently the service plan Ive paid for does not cover coming out to make collar adjustments which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me considering it is part of the system after all and I did just make this company $495 for the dang thing. No need to mention the cost of set up to begin with, three other collars, battery plan and the service plan! Pointless to say but if I could go back four years I wouldve just gotten a normal fence installed because this is a continuous money pit. If you have money to spend anytime and at the drop of a hat to have them come out or the time and gas money to just hop in the car and make 2-3 hour round trips to make adjustments that may or may not work then this is for you, if not.. keep looking. Today I spent $495 and it was a waste because I cant get back up there again anytime soon and I dont have another $179 I think he said ? just to have someone come adjust a collar voltage, because like I said we dont need the training, weve seen it done already. You can do better.
