I have been a steady customer renting months at a time for about 20 years now, the customer service has typically remained high over the years despite the high turnover rate with personnel. The cars are always nice and clean. Overall a pleasant experience.

Let me just start by saying I will forever be a customer of enterprise in Jasper Alabama!! I really couldnt have ask for a more better experience from the pickup to the drop off! The employees were amazing and so good at their job! Mahlon Odom was super nice and got us all set up and on the road in less than 20 minutes,hes that good at his job!! dropping off the car was just as easy as picking it up,Heather was so sweet and professional and had us settled in 15 min! I thought for sure I would have an issue with getting back my 300 deposit back because most companies would have deducted for any little thing and scam you but with enterprise it was the complete opposite,I received my deposit 3 days later!!! They really are amazing to work with I would never choose anyone else and will definitely be renting from them again!! Thank you enterprise for the perfect experience!!!
