My family and I have lived here for about 4 months and we are very satisfied. Devin and Jason manage the property very well, the grounds are kept up, service requests are promptly met, and they were very helpful with setting up and moving in. It has many things that we required -- great location, brand new & modern, one story walk up, laundry hook-ups, no carpeting, a private patio, peace & quiet, a 2 car garage allowing greater security, and at the moment -- very good neighbors.

I had the pleasure of touring a townhome with Devin. I love Devin hospitality while showing me around. He was very professional, polite, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I appreciated the fact he wanted to make sure all questions or concerns was answered and offered to assist me if I thought of any thing later. He was willing to show to me another one that was inside as well so I could the see the difference between one on the corner and one that was in the middle. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend going to see Devin and applying with Twin Oaks. Thanks again Devin!

Twin Oaks Townhomes are top notch in terms of location, space, and quality of the units. This place feels just like a home! Thank you Devin for helping make this place the best Madison has to offer!
