They will take away your appointment even AFTER texting you to confirm it. They've let my husband's cavity get worse for MONTHS even though he pre-paid for the service.

My first experience with the Prattville office was not good! I would rather endure a root canal than to deal with this office!!!
After my review I received a call from someone at the Prattville attempting to explain why I wasn't able to schedule an appointment online for months and why my calls were never returned. It wasn't enough that I waited over 45 minutes to see the dentist or the fact that my demographics and insurance info was botched. The person that called to make excuses proceeded to have a conversation with someone in the office without asking me to hold or placing herself on mute...so my response to that rudeness was to press the end call button.You would think the call would have been to attempt to make amends but that wasn't the case.
