        Bob, the proprietor at the Vestavia Hills RTB, was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the purchasing and delivery process when my wife and I bought a bed for our home build. Bob stored our bed until we were ready to have it moved, and then worked around our ever-changing and unpredictable schedule to have it shipped. He was quick to respond when I needed to make changes, so easy to communicate with, is very affable, and made the entire process 'routine' as far as he was concerned. The products are of very high quality, but Bob's intimate knowledge of them is of tremendous help when trying to drill down and decide on the best fit. Bob absolutely defines customer service. Customer for life.

        I bought the Tempur-pedic Ergo-plus bed six years ago and is still just as comfortable as day one. I had a question and I called Bob at the Store, and he answered all my questions. I cant say enough good things about this product or how courteous and friendly everyone is.
