        While water & mold damage to your home is not an enjoyable experience, Brad and his team made the process seamless. Brad is extremely knowledgeable about insurance claims and helped guide us through ever step and even spoke directly to our agent so they would know exactly what work he was performing and why.         We had a water pipe burst on Christmas Eve this past year. They were immediately responsive during such a busy time of year and also during the holidays. Brad fit us in and offered to come by and take a look at the damage the very same day I called him. Brad has been so incredibly responsive and informative throughout our entire experience. He is so knowledgeable of the entire process and has made it a point to explain every step of a process that we have never been through before. He also makes himself available to answer any questions we might have. As a daughter who lives out of state and happened to be visiting my parents over the holidays, I cannot emphasize just how relieved and comfortable I felt leaving my parents and childhood home in such capable and caring hands.
