Highly recommended Urban Pain Institute. Dr. Urban, Adam, and the entire staff at Urban Pain Institute go above and beyond to assist the patient. Dr. Urban listens to patient concerns and addresses them. Adam exceeds expectations regarding customer assistance. Demonstrating the upmost professionalism, he guides patients through the absolutely confusing insurance company guidelines addressing patient concerns along the way. The young lady that works the front desk is always a pleasure. The young lady that preps patients for surgery is kind. She demonstrates concern regarding the patients comfortability and after procedure care. As stated above, the entire staff are excellent. Thank you!

I've had 5 back surgeries throughout the years due to work injury. I've been to a few different pain doctors throughout the years that in my opinion tended to settle with the fact that there's not much more that can be done but use pain pills to deal with my pain. I've been seeing Dr. Urban and his staff for several years now and actually have found relief from the pain because of what Dr. Urban has been able to do for me and continues to do. I've always felt comfortable with seeing Dr. Urban, not only because i think he does great work but also because of the professional staff he has on hand. They've always been respectful and helpful. You won't be sorry unless you don't go see Dr. Urban.
