        Very disappointed in this place. Dog shedding, requested shedding bath and extra brushing. Got her home and it was like she hadnt even been brushed out. I will not be taking her back. Even when they brought her to me, one groomer asked the other did you brush her out, and a look between each groomer was no. I also scheduled an appointment and 3.5 hours later they called to let me know that she would be ready in 10 minutes and if I could pick her up because she was hard to get in kennel. Not a kennel dog, very gentle non aggressive. btw. I was told if Iwanted to pay an extra fee they would get her in quicker, when asked why did I need to schedule an appointment they told me they always double book., and they get to the animals when they can.?

        Terrible grooming service. The groomer was late for the appointment in the morning. Poor customer service skills and attitude, not even an apology was offered for being late. Upon pickup, on the final bill there was a $10 or $15 extra charge added. When I asked about the charge, the groomer told me that my dog was aggressive towards the blow dryer. I have a poodle that had never been aggressive in his life. I'm sure he wasn't thrilled about hot air being blown in his face (what dog would?). But this does not warrant an extra charge.
