Small space with single counter, but still can get everything done. I came in to get my passport photo taken and some files printed. Friendly clerk, just expect to wait a little longer.

I was here almost at opening this morning (~9:15am). There was only one associate working. We tried multiple times to get my documents to scan ($50, $100, $100, $100, $100 and $100 preauthorizations to my credit card). The associate was pulled between helping me and other customers on several occasions. The associate couldnt figure out why the scans werent working. We tried several machines all to no avail. I was here for about 45-minutes. I came back to try again (apparently a few minutes before closing) and as I was loading my papers on the machine to scan a different employee rushed up to me to tell me I needed to leave because she was closing at 6pm. I looked at my watch and it said 5:57pm. This will only take a minute and mentioned how I was here this morning and brought a flash drive back. She then stated it will take more than a minute and I have to leave. Not wanting to make the small female associate scared, I gathered my documents and walked out. It was 5:59pm. Its only these corporations who are disconnected from their customers. Shame on FEDEX. I will NOT be back to spend my hard earned money in this establishment nor will I ever willingly ship via FEDEX again. UPDATE: Go the the UPS store across the street. Much better prices and friendlier associates. My cost to scan at UPS was $9 while at FedEx was forecasted to be $55.

My husband was trying to scan and upload documents onto a flash drive. With five minutes before closing my husband was KICKED OUT of the facility because the store worker wanted to close immediately and wouldnt allow him the time to finish what he had already started.

Ridiculously slow service
