        Hours are not stable and getting packages are slow can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour to pick up any packages

        Alison and Steve are both breaths of fresh air. Waiting in line isn't as long as before. The lunch hours have changed, though. They need to change the sign on the wall.

        The staff does they best they can with being a remote location. Be aware long lines and random closures do happen when staffing is short handed. Kotzebue PO is a busy place and you will likely wait awhile in line sometimes.
