Our family stayed in the Moose Cabin and it was perfect four our party of 6. The cabin was easy to find and very clean. We really enjoyed the games available and even got to see a moose and two calves right by the cabin! The host was responsible and very kind. We would absolutely stay here again if were in the area.

The Moose Cabin was perfect for our familys stay in Ninilchik! We had decided to stay the night before our halibut charter, and our host was great- very responsive to our questions about local restaurants to try and where to find the grocery store nearby. They even provided a coffee pot and fridge, so that we could make breakfast there and keep our pack lunches cold until we were ready to go the next morning. We loved the picnic table / fire pit area and were able to sit outside to play a board game together in the quiet peaceful evening. It was wonderful! Our whole family agreed next time well have to stay two nights instead of just one because we had a great time there. Thank you again! :)

This place is the perfect place for an Alaskan getaway. Close to great places for river or boat fishing, cozy cabins, and wonderful hosts.
