I am not understanding the 5 starts! I needed a new bumper. They ordered the parts after examining my vehicle. They have had my car for the past 3 weeks with excuses. They forgot to order a part, now this weeks they ordered the wrong part. I have been without a car for the past 3 weeks. How is that ok??
