        Unfortunately very poor experience and it comes from the top down. When manager Stephanie laughs and makes fun of her customers, it creates a negative and unfortunate environment to work in and it shows in all staff. As a prior UPS Store manager, it saddens me to experience the customer service this location provides, especially since they are unfortunately representing the positive town of Palmer. Their owners should be aware and from now on its worth the drive to Wasilla.
