Pictures dont do this place justice! Twin Islands Retreat was first class hospitality from start to finish. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable. Every meal served was incredible and we were surrounded by beautiful 360 views. We most enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi, watching eagles and hawks fly nearby, movie night in the movie room and drinks by the fire pit after dinner. The owners even helped us arrange jet ski rentals that were brought right to the dock for us! The rooms are so comfortable and one morning I got to watch a bald eagle perch right outside my window. I dont have any critiques for this magical place. Cant wait to go back!

Merri & Larry, Thank you for our enchanting visit to Sitka. Your warm hospitality, gorgeous decorating eye, incredible culinary skills, and expert tour guiding almost eclipse the breathtaking views from your Twin Islands resort. Neither our children nor we will soon forget sea kayaking amidst jumping salmon and sea lions, watching bald eagles feast on their dinner, cold plunging and hot tubbing, and exploring the many treasures of Sitka. My husband, kids and I stayed at this island property for three days, but wished we would have stayed longer!! The owners - husband/wife Larry and Merri -make you feel like family. Merri is an amazing cook and does all meals/snacks. Larry will drive you to shore, as well as take you on fishing excursions. The property is luxurious with a ton of amenities, like a sauna, hot tub, and movie room. Did I mention the views??? Merri took us on a mini tour of the town one day. The owners will literally work with any type of schedule preferences and dietary needs. Larry made my sons dream of salmon fishing come true! It also doesnt hurt that they have two adorable dogs ! We cant wait to come again with more family!

Twin islands is literally a unique Alaskan paradise. Merri and Larry are a sweet and kind hosting duo, Ive had the pleasure of visiting the lodge a few times with friends. We always have the best experience from pick up at the dock to drop off. The boat ride to the island is just as magical. Merri is just as sweet as her homemade cookies and scones! This place is surrounded by so much beauty everywhere you look youll see mountains, eagles, whales and if you get lucky youll see Northen lights right outside your door step and of course all the rooms are extremely cozy and comfortable! I recommend this place one hundred percent to anyone who is looking to experience Alaska in all its glory! Thank you Twin Islands, you never disappoint Im looking forward to my next visit!
