terrible customer service. Coleen & her assistant Vicky rescheduled my initial appt 2 different times due to their own issues, and then never contacted me for the 3rd scheduled appt. what a joke of a place.

Colleen Contreras has been my family law attorney for well over 2 years....I have a very difficult situation..things get frustrating and very upsetting in family court....Colleen is always there...She responds quickly and she is VERY professional and an excellent family law attorney...but more important to me...she has always been so kind and understanding. Going through family court is very very hard....its horrible...I am glad I have Colleen to help me. I trust her.

I wanted to say, as a client, why this firm is worth EVERY CENT, EVERY DOLLAR. I became a client of this firm after having NO ONE understand the domestic abuse that I experienced but also what my kids experienced throughout my relationship with the other parent. Having been back and forth in court since 2014, when my family court case originated, and having spent over 30k on other Attorneys, I felt like my cries were going unheard. NO ONE understood my case or the trauma that not only Ive gone through but, more than anything, MY KIDS, after, yet again, having an Attorney take my money promising me a great outcome and then dropping the ball with failing to file motions in a timely matter. I was desperate to find a law firm that understood where I came from and my situation. Thats when, by the grace of God, I discovered this law firm. I consulted with this firm, and from day one, they made me feel like they cared about and heard what I was going through. They began to reference different Dr.s who explained the domino effect of domestic violence and how it could work itself down to affecting the kids instead of minimizing the situation itself as irrelevant and saying the courts dont care. Since day one, my attorney and her outstanding paralegal made me feel like a valued mother, not just a CLIENT. Im forever grateful for this firm and the empathy not only the Attorneys display towards my case but the exceptional paralegals as well.
