Thus was the best experience. I had to get my graphics card replaced because of a game I played called hell divers 2. And it went smoothly and soundly. Would recommend.

My son cooked his custom gaming PC. Ken was so great to work with. Total restore from total failure. Totally willing and able to get and install new parts. This thing is 200% better than it was at LEAST. Ken souped it up with more RGB just for fun no charge with spare parts. Super reasonable price and way above average service. Thank you Ken!

Ken was awesome and fit me in same day (when no one else would) when I had a computer emergency. He was polite, positive, and honest. I am very pleased with his quick, excellent work! I don't have much prior experience with techies but I know that in the future, should I need help again with any computer issues I will definitely be returning to Computer Paramedics, and I will be referring anyone else I meet that needs computer services to him as well!

EDIT: (addressing business owner's response) Ken, I'm going to be as generous and honest as I can. You sent me a link to my motherboard's product page, and highlighted the "specifications" section where it shows what processors are supported. Yes, my processor wasn't listed there. However, I spent all of 30 seconds on the MSI website and in their support / compatiblilty section you can find an up to date list of Mobo/cpu compatibility. I tried telling you, and said "you wouldn't put a 68 camaro tires on an 88 vette even though they fit. Do you want to keep arguing? I've been doing this for 32 years". That's word for word. I was telling you my mobo / processor IS compatible AND worked fine for 2 years... and your response was unhinged. I went into full damage control mode because you had my 3k computer and if I dared argue more who knows what you would've done? Do I think you would've done anything bad, probably not. Did you give me cause for concern? Absolutely. For people reading this that want to confirm, my motherboard is an MSI B550 Gaming Carbon Wifi and my processor is a Ryzen 9 5900x 12-core. They're absolutely compatible and the only reason the product page he linked me didn't list it, is because the listing came out BEFORE the Ryzen 9, so of course it wouldn't be listed. Go to MSI, find my motherboard and check compatibility and EVERY (including mone) Ryzen 9 processor is compatible. I also have no idea what you're talking about me wanting free information / consultation. I've worked on this computer for months (on/off) but googling and my limited knowledge just hasn't cut it. I made EVERY effort to inform you of the situation and confirm if you were up for the task or not. You insisted you could figure out what's wrong, and to leave my computer with you and you'd figure out the problem in a day or two. You called me I think the day or two after and said you hadn't actually worked on the computer because you looked up that the mobk / processor aren't compatible. What am I supposed to do when I KNOW you're wrong, but not willing to admit it? For fear of safety, I paid you and got my computer back in one piece. I honestly would've given you 3 stars if you'd just admitted the problem was beyond your comprehension. All in all I paid you to diagnose my computer and you did not. And lied to me and got aggressive. Contacted Ken in late Feb. Very nice over phone, and easy to coordinate a time with. I explained my computer problem, and that all I want is a diagnostic. Because I've worked on/off with my computer for months and can't find the issue. I had tried replacing everything except motherboard and psu. He said he would do his best to figure out why the computer wouldn't boot properly. I drop the computer off with him, and get a call the next day. He says he hasn't done any work on it, because after some "research" he determined my CPU and Motherboard was incompatible. For reference, the computer worked fine for 2 years. And the CPU is a Ryzen 9 and MOBO is a MSI B550 GEN3. It literally says on MSI website that HE LINKED ME TO that they're compatible. When I told him this, he went OFF. Like "how dare you question me. I have over 30 years working with computers". He flipped a switch from nice / respectful to me immediately fearing for my computer's safety. I ended up asking to pick up my computer since he said he completed his "diagnostic". So I paid him, picked up my computer and have continued working on it myself. I finally said FINE and bought a whole new motherboard, that he had recommended, and after hooking everything up I'm getting the EXACT same issue. Which is, that everything powers up but the monitor gets no input. Honestly waited to write this negative review until I verified the MOBO wasn't the issue. If you have basic issues that can be solved by simple googling or the likes, I'm sure you'll have success here. And he's nice as long as you don't question anything he says. If you have any issues that require an actual computer repair specialist, I highly advise against coming here.
