What an absolute joke. Schedule a offer call for 1:45-2:00pm. I don't receive the call until after 2pm. There was an issue were we couldn't hear each other so Donna overmyer just hung up. No call back. I called 3 times and was sent to voicemail. I call the receptionist to figure out she just moved on to her next client and we were basically out of luck. Next huge issue is the price she gave us. 336k for a house that's low market value is 380k? That 380k comes from the numbers you can see on comps in the surrounding area. Both me and my wife have worked in real estate/property management for over 15 years. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't recommend giving them any of your time.

I have worked with Offerpad three times. Two homes were a cash offer and one was a traditional sale. I feel its the way to go when selling a home. No hassles and the staff are first rate. Highly recommend using Offerpad
