Our A/C stopped putting out cold air. I called the company and within 15 minutes to Technician was at our home. Very nice gentleman and he immediately started to diagnose the issue. It turns out is was a simple fix at the A/C unit itself. He had it up and running within 15 minutes time. Very knowledgeable and diligent. This was a great experience! Thanks for a job well done! They seem to forget to plug things in and put your system back together the way it originally was such as temperature sensors (x2 on my system one pictured below), tightening down things (screws), coolant lines not attached correctly (which caused mine to leak a bit of coolant), however they will make it right in the end, just a bit disappointed it wasn't fixed in the first place. Attention to detail is lacking with them.

Cody was amazing and we felt really lucky to have gotten him as our technician. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and even hooked up our dryer vent when we asked him about humidity levels he checked the vent and found it wasnt hooked up & we had just moved in and didnt know.
