Delta Hotels by Marriott Phoenix Mesa

We had an amazing experience and will be back next time we are in town. We had the pleasure of visiting the cafe and had the best coffee made by Stevee. You can tell she cares to make every customer feel welcome. It's rare to find caring people in customer service these days so we wanted to give her a shout out!

Bed bugs in the mattress. While front desk staff did change our room and provides pantry access, messages were left at the front desk requesting the manager to contact me. When I finally got transferred through to the manager, I was told that there was no evidence of bed bugs and the room was already in use again. Guest laundry machines were out of order which was an inconvenience since we were there for a baseball tournament, not to mention, I had to wash articles of clothing that had touched the bed bug infested bed. Spent my first morning of vacation at the laundromat washing these clothes that normally do not get washed and dried at hot- clothing items shrunk. Maintenance has to come and switch to either heat or AC manually to maintain comfortable room temperature. Extraction fan in bathroom did not work. Front desk staff very polite. No email response from hotel manager as requested 2 night of our 7 day stay to be compensated for the bed bug issue. Pictures attached. Noteworthy details: Check for bed bugs immediately
