Customer service is the worst! Your dealing with imature workers who give you such a hard time with returns they think they are doing you a favor oh, and they make sure you know it too!!! They think it's impossible for someone to purchase something then have to return it simply bacause it didn't work after all. They question the reasons it's the customer's perrogative...we have every right to make a return if we choose to my hard earned money my decision. They would rather loose one of their 10 customers then make a customer happy and satisfied with the service. And, make sure you don't lose your receipt put it in a safe or in the bank in case you need to return your purchase because if not they'll want to give you $3.50 cents back for clothes that you paid $25.00 to 30 dollars a piece. No wonder everyone would rather shop in Tucson and many businesses fail here in Nogales all the time. One word....no I think I've said enough. Update: Still the worst! No change. Still no customer service after four years I decided to give them another try. Never again.
