This store on multiple occasions now has been unable to give me a receipt. The claim they are out of printing paper. When I revisited the store 4 days later for my receipt, they were still unable to provide it because they still have not purchased printing paper. Very unprofessional.

Came in looking to exchange the phone cover that was sold to me 3 days prior.. Was told that accessories are not returnable and that I should have looked at it before I left the store.I explained that this was installed by the representative who sold me the screen protector and cover. After arguing with this young man I asked to speak to the manager. Maria the manager heard what happened and exchanged the case for me.The attitude of the cricket associate I dealt with has helped me decide to go to another location. If these are the policies of Cricket please add signage to prevent this from happening again and please train your associates to fully explained your policies and procedures.
