        I havent had any issues here. Marie and Brit and Vic and a couple of the house cleaners are great! Very sweet and helpful. Without a car the location sucks but if you have a car its not bad .

        Being a person who works in the hospitality industry, I was extremely upset and very much caught off guard when we arrived to the room and it smelt like something was dead and rotten!! I had to use a whole bottle of my perfume just to stay in the room. There wasnt even small shampoos or anything in the room .. I thought we booked a room with 2 beds but on my end we miss read the booking which was 100% our fault. But I tried calling for extra towels and blankets for me and my kids .. but nobody was available... we had to buy it at walmart..

        No service so no lights in the handicap bedroom. Plus the smell of pot was intoxicating

        I had to sleep on the street because I wasn't allowed to check in the first night of my stay, I called the customer service number many times, but they told me too bad and to come back at 9 am even though I was begging them to help me and I had a room that was PAID FOR, they did not care and did not care about me having to sleep on the street even though I had a room RESERVED and PAID FOR! I then when I came back in the morning to check in; to my surprise, they had sold my room and told me I couldn't stay there. I complained to the front desk woman who seemed like she couldn't care less about me having to sleep on the street; the maintenance guy heard my situation and said he would help me out and put me in a room he had out of order, bless him because NO OTHER STAFF cared about the HORRIBLE customer service they had given me. I am extremely unhappy and shocked at the way I was treated, I can't believe a business treats people like this. I will never recommend this Hotel and warn people not to stay here!
