San Pedregal

A lot of break-ins lately in apartments, especially the first floor. A lot of cars were broken into as well. Bikes and motorcycles were stolen. This place is a dump let alone luxury living. On top of it, Management has abandoned this place. Yes you read it right - there is no leasing staff in the office. They operate from their city office and you have to book an appointment if you want to talk to office people...seriously!!! Stay away from this place, there are a lot of great and safe places around. Check them out. People playing loud hip-hop thru out the night. You will see drunk people parking thier cars at middle of the road and cursing shouting at middle of the night and nobody cares. I seriously worry about my kids at this place. Just waiting for the lease to be up and get out of here.

Kaseem, Shelby and rest of leasing team have been very helpful with getting me set up. Erik G and maintenance team/emergency team handled my needs with care and efficiency. On Feb 19 I called the office after I hadnt heard back on a maintenance request from just under two days prior. They were quick to acknowledge and issue a new order . Oswaldo came over within a couple of hours and quickly fixed an issue. Everyone involved was friendly and professional.

Aasha at the leasing center is so incredibly helpful! She stayed in touch with me every day about availability. She also made time and had patience with my hundreds of silly and repetitive questions. The property itself is very well kept, beautiful, has the best amenities, and the staff is very kind.
