Can't get no one to do their job other than trying to make commission off of their sales. I came in today to try and return a wifi internet device since the speeds were only 58 mb. In my home. I stood in this store for over 40 min. With 3 employees working.. watching them trying to upsale the 3 other customers, all I needed to do was return the device and be on my way. I am a long term customer Verizon for the past 7 years. But the shenanigans I have to go through whenever I go to a location to get in person help, it's not worth having to put up with. This right here has me reconsidering whether I should stay with Verizon or not.

I purchased 18 iPads for work from Macy. She was very knowledgeable and helpful! I had an issue with one of them a few weeks later and she was able to take care of that in a few minutes. I recommend that you ask for Macy when you go there, she was great to work with!

Phone number takes you to the creepy phone robot that can't address any real issue. Time to stop doing business with companies that can't serve their customers.
