        Tried to order coffee and this lady had her earphones in I think her name was Destiny she couldnt hear me couldnt hear me thought it was very rude

        Ordered Carmel crunch frap got just a Carmel when the cashier repeated the order back to me as what I ordered. The Carmel one is terrible so went I side exchanged it with the other cashier telling me I only ordered the carmel because that's what was printed on my reciept. Had the drink remade and low n behold the barista gave me a short straw I didnt notice till was down the road about a mile at which I had to remove the lid in order to drink. I felt that the straw size mistake was purposely done due to their attitudes. Someone needs to retrain the employees there this is not lije any of the Starbucks I ha e ever been to.
